4 Flying has been operating internationally for over 30 years specialising in cross media, content management and product lifecycle and packaging software solutions to consumer goods manufacturers and retailers globally as well as digital communication and graphic services through the E-Graphic Srl division. Faik Cem Ozgur has been entrusted with the leadership of the Group and delivering the international expansion strategy.
Faik Cem Ozgur, joined the Group on 1 September 2020 and will be leading the general management of 4Flying Group. Born in Istanbul in 1975, with a degree in Economics from Koc University and an EMBA from Hult International Business School, Faik Cem Ozgur has extensive global experience in business operations, finance, strategy and business development.
He has managed global business transformation and expansion programs. From Deloitte & Touche in Istanbul, he moved to Johnson Controls, where he was promoted into a number of positions, from heading the Turkish office in Istanbul to Operations Director for MEA, headquartered in Dubai.
Faik Cem Ozgur is succeeding Germano Dal Negro who founded and has led 4 Flying Srl from the beginning, Germano Dal Negro will remain as a fundamental support to the management team, as Group Chairman moving forwards.
4 Flying Srl are making a significant step change with ambitious international expansion plans. We wanted to strengthen our management team and bring in the right person with international and scaling expertise. Cem has a resume of the highest quality and will add value to our management team at both a human and professional level to navigate the current market challenges and consolidate the Group internationally through innovative strategies.
4 Flying are giving a clear signal to the market that in spite of the current global challenges, our strategic direction is to scale, by expanding further into the US from our London office, which was set up in 2019 and Faik Cem Ozgur leading the EMEA expansion.
