After months of slowed activity, companies are being asked for an unprecedented restart. This is a major challenge, both for the state of uncertainty that still remains, and for the economic difficulties.
The Ministry of Economic Development, MISE, with the national plan this year is the first time that the companies have been asked to start up again.
The Ministry of Economic Development, MISE, with the national plan Transition 4.0 seeks to stimulate private investment and create the conditions that support the digital growth of Italian companies investing in innovation and next-generation technologies. The Budget Law 2021 (Law December 30, 2020 n. 178) specifically deals with the tax credit for the purchase of capital goods 4.0 (i.e. those belonging to Annex A and B of Law December 11, 2016, n. 232) such as eTEAM and 4Pack software that offer:
- a Saas service for the autonomous management of a PIM/PDM, DAM, DMS/EDM
- the digitization of information and workflow
- the connection of input and output systems and different workspaces for departments
These characteristics allow a tax credit to be recognized for investments in "intangible assets" (software, systems and system integration, platforms and applications). In order to access the facilities provided for investments in Annexes A and B, it is necessary to produce a technical report issued by an engineer or an industrial expert or a certificate of conformity issued by an accredited certification body.
These characteristics allow the recognition of a tax credit for investments in "intangible assets" (software, systems and system integration, platforms and applications).
4 Flying has listened to the needs of its customers and the market in which it operates and to facilitate the transformation process has certified the Team and 4Pack software to ensure that they have the technical characteristics required by the regulations.
As further support to budget issues, in collaboration with leading banking institutions, 4 Flying has launched an initiative that allows our customers to start using our software and postpone payment to 2022 while retaining the benefit of the 20% tax credit.
